摘要
为脱除海上油田伴生气中的H2S气体,以铁基工艺为基础,用海水做溶剂,选择不同的络合剂配制了一系列脱硫溶液来模拟海上油田伴生气的脱硫,实验结果表明,以α-葡庚糖酸钠和1-羟基乙叉二膦酸为复合络合剂,在T=25℃,pH=8.0,c(Fe3+)=0.001 mol/L条件下,7 h内H2S气体的脱除率始终维持在90%以上。
For the sake of removing H 2 S in the offshore oil associated gas , on the basis of iron -based process , adding different chelating agents into the seawater , a series of desulfurization solution were prepared.The results of desulfurization showed that removal rate of H 2 S maintained more than 90% with α-Gluceptate sodium and 1 -Hydroxyethylidene -1 ,1-diphosphonic acid as chelating agents within 7 h under the conditions of T=25℃, pH=8.0 , and c( Fe)=0.001 mol/L.
