摘要 采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜对环件探伤缺陷进行分析以找出探伤波形和缺陷之间的对应关系。结果表明:探伤缺陷为钙铝酸盐夹杂,钙铝酸盐夹杂属内生夹杂物,这种缺陷波形为单峰、尖锐、无草状波。与环件探伤裂纹波形相比这种缺陷波形峰值较低、当量较大。通过探伤波形的分析对判定环件缺陷类型具有实际意义。 The flaw of detection of rolled rings was mainly analyzed by using stereoscan photograph and metallographic microscope to approach the relation between detection waveform.The result indicated that the flaw of detection was inclusion of Calcium Aluminates , which belonged to endogenous inclusion.This waveform of flaw of endogenous inclusion had lower peak value and higher equivalent than the waveform of flaw of crack .Therefore, it had practical meaning to determine the type of flaw of rolled rings by analyzing waveform of detection.
