摘要
建立了甲基环己基二甲氧基硅烷(MCDS)的毛细管气相色谱分析法。色谱柱为OV-17毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm id),载气为高纯氮,检测器为FID。定量采用外标法,自动进样器进样,该方法克服了注射器进样因样品粘度大进样体积重复性差导致结果离散的问题,同时较低的分流比也节约了大量的载气。
A capillary chromatographic method for the analysis of methyl -cyclohexyl -dimethoxysilane was reported.The analysis was carried out on an OV -17 column ( 30 m ×0.53 mm id ) with high purity nitrogenas carrier gas and FID.Quantitatively using external standard method , automatic sampler sampling , this method overcame the trace syringe injection , which was not allowed by the sample volume sample viscosity lead to the results of the discrete problem , at the same time , the diversion ratio of low saved a large amount of carrier gas.
