白介素17在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

Correlation between Interleukin-17 and prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung

目的探讨白介素17(IL-17)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法选取66例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,同期62例肺良性病患者作为对照,检测两组患者组织中IL-17的表达情况,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 IL-17在非小细胞肺癌组织中阳性率(59.1%)明显高于肺良性病变组织(3.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-17阳性组患者的3年生存率低于IL-17阴性组(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,IL-17表达及肿瘤分化程度是影响NSCLC预后的独立因素。结论 IL-17在非小细胞肺癌组织中存在过度表达,且IL-17过度表达与NSCLC患者预后有密切相关性。

Objective To analyze the correlation between interleukin-17 （IL-17） and prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 66 patients of non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled as the research group, and 62 patients with benign lung disease as .the control group. IL-17 expression of the tissues from patients were detected,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Positive rate of IL- 17 expression in lung cancer（59. 1% ） was significantly higher than benign lung lesions （3.2%）, the differ- ence was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The 3-year survival of IL-17-positive group was less than that of IL-17-negative group（ P 〈0.05 ） ;Logistic regression analysis showed that NSCLC tissue expression of IL-17 and the degree of differentiation of NSCLC were independent prognostic factors. Conclusion IL-17 is over- expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissues, and closely correlated with the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer
