护理延伸服务对乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性的影响

Impact of nursing extension services in the exercise compliance after breast cancer operation

目的探讨护理延伸服务对乳腺癌患者术后功能锻炼依从性的辅助治疗效果。方法选取2011年2月至2014年2月间收治的180例乳腺癌术后患者,根据护理方式不同分为对照组(常规护理)90例,观察组(常规护理+护理延伸服务)90例。通过病程记录两组患者在不同护理干预下术后锻炼依从性效果,比较两组患者依从率和优良率。结果观察组患者锻炼依从率和优良率分别为78.9%和81.1%,对照组分别为55.6%和62.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理延伸服务对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼依从性起到了良好的临床干预效果,降低了术后并发症的发病率。

Objective To observe the effective of nursing extension services in exercise compliance after breast cancer operation. Methods 180 patients were selected from February 2011 to February 2014 who had surgical treatment of breast cancer. All patients were divided into control group （routine nursing mode） 90 cases, observation group （ routine nursing mode ＋ nursing extension services） 90 cases. The record of pathogenesis-related was given to observe clinical effects. The compliance rate and good rate were com- pared and analyzed statistically. Results Two groups of patients are followed the exercise adherence and good rate is favorable. The limb functional training compliance of observation group was 78. 9%, excellent rate was 81.1%, the training compliance of control group was 55.6%, excellent rate was 62. 2%, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The nursing ex- tension services has good clinical effect to breast cancer patients after surgery by reducing postoperative com- plications.
