前列腺癌根治性放疗靶区勾画共识与争议 被引量:5

摘要 前列腺癌是男性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤。据统计,2012年美国前列腺癌新发病位居美国男性肿瘤首位。近年来我国发病率有显著增加,2012年在恶性肿瘤新发病例中由2010年的第6位上升至第5位。外放疗作为根治性治疗手段之一,在前列腺癌的治疗中发挥着重要作用。前列腺癌靶区的准确勾画对提高放疗疗效和减少不良反应具有重要意义。术后靶区勾画范围一般采用RTOG共识,
