食管癌UICC TNM分期的发展及临床应用 被引量：12

摘要 食管癌的分期经历了数十年发展,国际上相继出现了多种分期标准[1],目前普遍采用的是UICC TNM分期标准.1978年第3版UICC恶性肿瘤分期中第1次提出了食管癌分期,其中T1、T2临床分期和病理分期不同.因为当时钡剂食管造影是主要诊断和分期工具,在PubMed和Google上未检索到其在临床应用的相关文献.由此可见,食管癌分期发展与其他肿瘤相比明显滞后.以下就检索到的分期文献进行综述,供大家借鉴和参考.
