摘要 金纳米粒(AuNPs)具有独特的理化性质,包括良好的稳定性﹑生物相容性﹑比表面积大和易于表面修饰,可作为药物、基因和蛋白质等的递送载体,AuNPs还具有良好的光热效应和放射增敏功能,使其在肿瘤的光热治疗和放疗中具有广阔的应用前景。本文总结了AuNPs递药系统的构建、细胞摄取、药物释放及其在肿瘤治疗中应用的最新进展。 With their unique physicochemical properties including excellent stability and biocompatibility,large specific surface area,and easy surface modification,gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) can be used as delivery vectors for drugs,genes,proteins,etc.In addition,AuNPs have excellent photothermal effects and radiosensitization characteristics,and therefore can be widely applied in the photothermal therapy and radiotherapy of cancers.This article reviews the construction,cellular uptake,and drug release of AuNPs drug-delivery systems and their applications in the treatment of tumors.
