细菌Ⅰ型菌毛结构及其致病性研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 Ⅰ型菌毛为众多细菌的表面黏附因子,在许多病原菌侵入机体并引发感染的过程中起重要作用,例如,在尿道致病性大肠杆菌(Uropathogenic Escherichia coli,UPEC)引发泌尿道感染(UTIs)的过程中,菌毛是最关键的毒力因子.
