颅颌面坚强内固定（十八）下颌骨缺损重建的术前评估、治疗规划和虚拟设计 被引量：1

摘要 下颌骨缺损是口腔颌面部最常见的硬组织缺损，多由于颌面部肿瘤、外伤及感染累及下颌骨所致，严重影响患者的生存质量。重建缺损的下颌骨解剖外形、生理功能是口腔颌面修复重建领域中具有挑战性的课题。为提高术后功能和美观，精确的术前评估、完善的设计与治疗规划非常重要，随着数字技术引入临床实践，虚拟手术的突破及应用有助于提高手术准确性、可靠性及可重复性。
