缺血性脑血管病介入手术治疗的回顾性分析

A Retrospective Analysis of Interventional Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的比较缺血性脑血管病介入技术与传统单纯药物治疗的疗效,为介入技术在脑血管疾病中的应用提供参考。方法回顾性分析缺血性脑血管病患者127例,根据有无行血管内介入治疗分为单纯药物治疗组(70例)与血管内介入治疗组(57例),比较两组患者的疗效。结果患者均行TCD和颈部血管彩超检查,治疗后12月的Vs、Vd值,血管内介入治疗组优于单纯药物治疗组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后12个月的随访结果表明血管内介入治疗组发生缺血性脑血管病事件8例(14.04%),单纯药物治疗组发生15例缺血性脑血管病事件(21.43%),两组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);在随访期的12个月中,单纯药物治疗组和血管内介入治疗组均未发生致死事件。结论血管内支架成形术的中短期治疗效果要优于传统的药物治疗,可作为一种安全有效的缺血性脑血管疾病治疗手段推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical outcomes of the interventional treatment for the ische- mic cerebrovascular diseases. Method Clinical data of 127 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular dis- eases was retrospectively studied, including 70 cases treated with simple drug treatment and 57 cases trea- ted with stent implantation. Results There were statistically significant differences of the vascular sys- tolic peak velocity （Vs） and the end-diastolic velocity （Vd） between the two groups 12 months after treat- ment （ P 〈 0.05） , and both the velocities of the interventional group was slower than that of the control group. It also showed that the ischemic cerebrovascular events of the interventional group was less than that of the control group, which was 14.04% （8/57） vs. 21.43% （15/70）, and the difference was statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It shows that endovascular stent implantation is a safe and effec- tive method for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
