摘要
采用锌酸盐工艺对固态铝合金进行表面处理,除去氧化膜的同时在铝表面沉积一层锌层,有效地改善了Mg-Al之间的润湿性。在优化Mg-Al液固复合工艺的基础上,获得了界面结合良好的Mg-Al双金属复合材料。对界面组织和性能的研究表明,去除氧化层并防止其再生是改善Mg-Al双金属润湿性的关键因素。双金属界面处发生了成分扩散,形成了冶金结合。
By treating surface of solid aluminum alloy with zincate treatment,the oxide film is removed accompanying with zinc layer deposition on aluminum,which can improve effectively the wettability between magnesium and aluminum.A satisfied metallurgical bonding cladding materials can be prepared on the basis of optimizing the liquid-solid bonding process of magnesium-aluminum.The microstructure and property investigation of interface reveal that it is key factors by removing the oxide layer and prevent its regeneration to improve the wettability of magnesium-aluminum bimetal.And celement diffusion occurred in the interface,and a metallurgical bonding was formed.
