摘要
目的通过观察CD55和CD59在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp,CRSwNP)组织中的表达。探讨其与CRSwNP发病的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例CRS患者,分为CRSwNP组和慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyp,CRSsNP)组,鼻腔黏膜及鼻息肉组织中CD55和CD59的表达,并以30例单纯行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者为对照组。观察CD55和CD59在细胞中的表达情况。结果 CD55和CD59在对照组及CRSwNP组织中均有表达,二者在对照组的表达高于CRSwNP组织(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与CRSsNP组相比,CRSwNP组CD55和CD59表达进一步下降(P<0.05)。结论 CRSwNP患者鼻腔黏膜CD55和CD59表达降低,提示补体调节蛋白表达下降,进而导致补体活化,可能参与CRS发病机制。
OBJECTIVE To observe the expression of CD55,CD59 in the nasal mucosa of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,and to evaluate its significance in the pathogenesis of CRSwNP(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp).METHODS The samples of 60 cases of CRS were collected.CD55 and CD59 were evaluated using immunohistochemical methods.And 30 cases of patients with def lection of nasal septum were served as control group.RESULTS 1.Compared with the control group,the expression of CD55 and CD59 in the CRS group was descended significantly(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).2.Compared with the patients CRSsNP,the expression of CD55 and CD59 in the patients with nasal polyps was descended significantly(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The low expression of CD55 and CD59 in the patients of CRS indicated the down-regulation of complement regulatory proteins which might involve in the pathogenesis of CRS.The possible mechanisms maybe associated with the activation of complement.
