异位副脾误诊为右侧肾上腺瘤1例

摘要 患者,男,36岁,因＂高血压病2年＂于2012年6月25日入院。查体：血压146/87mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）,肾素（卧位）938.01pg·ml^-1·h^-1、醛固酮（卧位）84.69pg·ml^-1·h^-1,血钾4.0mmol/L、皮质醇（8am）16.49μg/dl、促肾上腺皮质激素（8am）16.0pg/ml、尿香草苦杏仁酸36.5μmol/24h。
