摘要
作者基于洋麻和羊毛在纤维结构和性能上的差异,提出洋麻仿毛改性的依据、目标和条件。通过仿毛改性,改变了洋麻工艺纤维的长度、细度、表面形态,机械性能、可纺性和缩绒性,生产出改性洋麻含量为30%的具有类似纯毛风格的毛麻混纺产品。该产品的开发有重大经济效益。
It is of practical significance to apply a modification in imitation of wool to improve the structure and properties of kenaf fiber. For this purpose, this paper, based on analysis of the differences of structure and properties between wool and kenaf, has put forward a scientific basis targets and measures of modification in imitation of wool. The mechanical performence, crimp, spinnability and fulling of kenaf fiber has been improved by means of modification of structure. The blend fabrics with 30% modified kenaf and 70% wool has been produced, and appear the characteristics close to pure wool fabrics.
