摘要
快速路的运行质量,直接影响到整个路网的运行状态,为了充分发挥城市快速路的功能,对城市快速路的服务水平特性进行深入的研究是刻不容缓的举措。本文首先介绍了路网连通可靠性的定义,然后对得到的交通流特性数据进行了分析和处理,进而根据SPSS软件的K-均值聚类算法对北京市快速路服务水平等级进行了划分,并建立了一种基于FIS模糊推理系统的道路服务水平等级综合评价模型。基于模糊推理方法的服务水平分级标准,能更全面反映城市快速路连续交通流的交通特征,有助于提高交通管理决策水平以及提供更优质的交通信息服务。
The operational quality of expressway directly affects the operational status of the entire road network, in order to give full play to the function of urban expressway; it is an urgent initiative to study the features of level of service on urban expressway in-depth This paper first introduces the definition of connectivity reliability of the road network, and then analyses and processes the traffic flow characteristics data, thus the Beijing expressway service levels are classified in accordance with the K-means clustering algorithm of SPSS software, and establishes the evaluation model of level of service based on the fuzzy inference system. Method on grading standards of level of service based on FIS can reflect the traffic characteristics of the continuous urban expressway traffic flow more fully, and help improve traffic management decision-making levels, and provide better traffic information services.
