悬臂模板体系在高墩施工中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了三渐高速公路高墩施工中采用的悬臂模板系统。对模板系统的组成和优点做简要的介绍;对悬臂模板系统的主要受力构件如三脚架体、预埋螺栓、混凝土、受压杆件等进行强度、刚度、稳定性等分析,确保该模板系统在高墩施工中的安全性;对高墩施工的总体工艺进行了总结,并根据高墩施工中模板安装和混凝土浇筑的过程分底节施工、第二节施工和其余节段施工分别对悬臂模板的组装、合模、加固等施工过程进行简单描述。 This paper introduces the cantilever formwork system in san-xi highway construction, in which the composition and advantages have been briefly illustrated, and the main components including tripod body, pre-buried bolt, concrete, compression member of the cantilever formwork system have been analyzed on the aspects of strength, stiffness and stability, to ensure the safety of the formwork system in high pier construction. Then the summary of the overall process of high pier construction has been made and according to the formwork installation of high pier construction and concrete construction, an available description on the assemble, cantilever template mold, reinforcement, respectively, was given in the second section construction and other segmental construction.
