基于国内外对融资物流的研究成果,文中主要对融资物流风险防范进行研究。首先,阐述了文中研究的背景、目的和意义,进而对融资物流的概念进行了界定,并综述了融资物流的研究发展现状,为该研究的展开奠定了根基。其然后根据融资物流面临的各种风险,构建了融资物流风险防范策略。最后,在文中的理论框架下,重点结合ZHSD物流有限公司实际运作情况,开展了相关实证研究。
