铁路企业实施供应链管理,对于企业的可持续发展起到至关重要的作用,是铁路企业运用现代物流理念改革传统物流管理模式的重要体现。文中首先阐述了铁路企业供应链管理的环境,然后立足铁路企业物资管理现状,从管理模式、管理机制、组织机构等方面,分析了铁路企业实施供应链管理尚有的问题。最后,通过对朔黄铁路供应物流管理模式的论述,以及针对供应链管理尚有的问题,从业务流程整合、管理机构重构、健全管理机制、创新管理模式、提高管理技术等方面,阐述了实现供应链管理的有效途径,旨在强化铁路企业供应链管理的认识,并为今后相关领域的研究提供一定的参考资料。

It is crucial to implement the supply chain management among railway enterprises for the sustainable development,and it is aslo the important embodiment of railway enterprises using modern logistics idea to reform the traditional logistics management mode. Firstly, this article elaborated the supply chain management environment of railway enterprises, and then based on the present situation of material management among railway enterprises, from the management mode, the management mechanism to the organization, etc, analyzed the still existing problems of the supply chain management. Finally, based on the discussion of the supply logistics management mode which belongs to the ShuoHuang railway, and the existing problems of the supply chain management, from the business process integration, management organization reconstruction, improving the management mechanism and the innovation of management mode, to improving the management techniques and so on, elaborated the effective way of implementing the supply chain management. The purpose of this article is to strengthen the understanding of the supply chain management of railway enterprises, and provide some reference for the research on related areas in the future.
