摘要
我国钢铁企业受行业微利及下游行业产品升级影响,新产品开发管理成为企业维持竞争力的重要手段,流程再造亦成为企业对内高效管理、对外快速响应的创新法宝。文中在对钢铁企业新产品合理界定的基础上,运用业务流程再造理论,构建了合理的流程再造分析模型,将流程划分为活动、结构、控制、组织、配置和信息六个优化环节,对钢铁企业新产品立项决策流程进行问题诊断,并基于此进行了系统的流程优化,以泳道式流程图及流程说明方式呈现。经过诊断及优化后的新产品立项决策流程能够适应钢铁企业发展要求,对钢铁企业核心竞争力的提升具有指导意义。
Because the iron and steel enterprises were influenced by the industry low profit and downstream industry upgrading of products in China, the development and management of new product has become an important means of enterprises to maintain competitiveness, and process reengineering also become innovative power for efficient internal management and the rapid response. Based on reasonable definition of the new products of the iron and steel enterprises, using business process reengineering theory, the author constructs a reasonable process reengineering analysis model, divides process to six optimization link with activities, structure, control, organization, configuration and information, diagnoses the problem of the new project decision - making process in iron and steel enterprises, then makes process optimization systematically with lane - flow sheets and instructions. The new product project decision - making process after diagnosis and optimization can adapt to the requirements of the development of the iron and steel enterprises, and enhance core competitiveness of the iron and steel enterprises.
