黔产山银花主要有效成分与其花期气候因子的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 为探明气候因子对贵州山银花有效成分积累的影响,为选择适宜种植区域提供参考,以贵州19个县(市)的不同山银花为材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定主要有效成分(绿原酸、芦丁、咖啡酸、木犀草苷)含量,运用SPSS18.0统计软件对山银花主要有效成分含量与其花期气候因子(月均气温、降雨量、相对湿度、日照时数)进行多元线性回归分析.结果表明:1)贵州不同产地山银花中绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、木犀草苷的含量分别为1.62%~9.33%、0.023%~0.087%、0.034%~0.089%和0.029%~0.073%,其变异系数分别为57.85%、34.50%、29.63%和22.79%;19个山银花产地中,以黔西县样品中的绿原酸和咖啡酸含量最高,分别为9.33%和0.087%;湄潭县样品中的芦丁含量最高,为0.089%;绥阳县样品中的木犀草苷含量最高,为0.073%.2)花期气候因子对山银花绿原酸含量的影响为总日照时数>平均相对湿度>总降雨量>月均气温>日均温差,咖啡酸为平均相对湿度>总日照时数>总降雨量>日均温差>月均气温,芦丁为总降雨量>平均相对湿度>月均气温>日均温差>总日照时数;花期气候因子中,总日照时数对绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁含量的影响均为正值,而平均相对湿度对绿原酸和芦丁的影响均为负值.贵州不同产地山银花中的有效成分积累受花期气候因子的影响较大,建议根据不同目标选择适宜区域种植山银花. To explore the effects of climate factors on effective components accumulation in Guizhou L.flos,and provide a reference for selecting optimum planting region,the contents of effective constituents in various L.flos materials collected from 19 counties in Guizhou,including chlorogenic acid,rutin,caffeic acid and galuteolin,were detected by HPLC,and a multiple linear regression analysis of major effective components of Guizhou L.flos and climate factors (monthly average temperature,precipitation,relative humidity and sunshine duration) was conducted.Results:1) contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rutin and galuteolin were respectively 1.62%~9.33%,0.023%~0.087%,0.034%~0.089% and 0.029%~0.073%,with the variable coefficients of 57.85%,34.50%,29.63% and 22.79% ; contents of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were the highest in samples from Qianxi County,9.33% and 0.087% respectively.Rutin content in sample from Meitan County was the highest,0.089%.And galuteolin content in sample from Suiyang County was the highest,0.073%.2) the effects of climate factors on chlorogenic acid was total sunshine duration > average relative humidity > average relative humidity>total rainfall > monthly average temperature>average daily temperature difference,on caffeic acid was average relative humidity> total sunshine duration> total rainfall> average daily temperature difference>monthly average temperature,on rutin was total rainfall>average relative humidity>monthly average temperature>average daily temperature difference > total sunshine duration; the total sunshine duration had positive effects on chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin content,while average relative humidity had negative effects on chlorogenic acid and rutin content.It was suggested to plant L.flos in optimum region with different targets because of the great influence of climate factors on effective components accumulation in L.flos.
