贵州省不同气候区烟草黑胫病的发生情况调查

Investigation on Tobacco Black Shank in Different Climatic Regions of Guizhou Province

为了进一步明确烟草黑胫病在不同气候区的发生、流行特点,于2012年采用系统调查和普查相结合的方法,对贵州不同气候区(威宁县、天柱县和开阳县)黑胫病的发生情况进行了调查。结果表明:烟草黑胫病在威宁、开阳、天柱3个气候区始发时间分别为8月中旬、6月中旬和6月上旬,始发期逐渐提前;最高病株率分别为0.89%、18.89%和48.44%,病情指数分别为0.15、14.71和30.37,发病率及危害程度呈逐渐加重趋势。气候条件是影响黑胫病的主要因素,而平均气温的高低是引起3个气候区烟草黑胫病发生流行早晚及轻重程度不同的最关键因子。此外,不同品种在同一气候区的发病情况不同,同一品种在不同气候区的发病情况差异较大。

In order to further clarify the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of tobacco black shank in different climatic regions,the author used a combination of systematic investigation and mass screening to investigate occurrence situation of tobacco black shank in different climatic regions of Guizhou Province （Weining County,Kaiyang County and Tianzhu County） in 2012.The results showed that the beginning period of the disease was being gradually advanced,the middle of August,the middle of June and the early of June,respectively; the highest diseased plant rate was 0.89％,18.89％ and 48.44％,disease index was 0.15,14.71 and 30.37,respectively,incidence and damage degree of the disease aggravated gradually in three climatic regions.The main factors influencing the disease was climate condition,while the most important factor,influencing early or late occurrence and epidemic and the degree of the disease among the three climatic regions,was average temperature.In addition,The occurrence conditions in same climatic regions of different varieties were different.The occurrence conditions in different climatic regions of same varieties were quite different.
