陕西省涉农企业与农民专业合作社的利益关系分析

Analysis of Interests Relationship Between Agro-related Enterprises and Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in Shaanxi

为给涉农企业与农民专业合作社的健康发展和实现双赢提供参考依据,通过对陕西的部分农民专业合作社及相关企业的走访调研发现,目前涉农企业与农民专业合作社之间主要存在企社一体化合作、购销合约合作和均衡博弈合作3种利益联结形式。结合实际案例,在尽量减少考虑外部因素的条件下,借助经济人假设和博弈思想,运用基于利益分配因子的利润函数模型对每种利益联结形式中两者的利益分配关系进行了深入分析。结果表明:不同利益联结形式下,企业或合作社拥有产权比例、企业或合作社功能与产品种类、企业或农民专业合作社垄断能力与各自的利益分配比例呈正相关关系。根据研究结论,建议政府推动,建立"校社联建"支持机制,鼓励农产品加工、销售企业发展,攻克产后销售难题,培养合作意识,加强利益联结。

In order to provide references for agro-related companies and farmers＇ professional cooperatives,a visit to enterprises and cooperatives in Shaanxi were carried out.Three benefit-binding forms between agro-related enterprises and farmers＇ professional cooperatives Were fund.Combing with the practical cases,the profit function model based on distribution factor were used to analyze the benefits relationships between the enterprises and cooperatives in the paper.The results indicated that the property rights proportion,function and product types,monopoly power of the enterprises,and cooperatives had positive correlation with the distribution of benefits.According to the results,it was recommended that government needed to provide policies to encourage and support the development of cooperatives,build school-cooperative support system,encourage the development of processing and marketing enterprises for agro-products,to overcome sales problems,build cooperation consciousness,and to strengthen the benefit linkages among them.
