山东省构建现代农业产业体系的制约因素及对策

Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Building Modern Agricultural Industrial System in Shandong Province

为实现山东省现代农业产业的可持续发展提供参考依据,针对山东省农业产业发展的资源短缺、农业产业结构协调度不高、农业产业发展的组织化程度低、农业产业的市场流通体系建设滞后、农业科技水平和农业创新水平低等构建现代农业产业体系的制约因素,提出了加快构建农产品产业体系、农业多功能产业体系以及农业产业支撑体系等对策,以加快推动山东省现代农业产业体系的构建。

In order to provide a reference for achieving the sustainable development of modern agricultural industrial system,in allusion to the current restricting factors,such as shortage of industrial development resources,low coordination degree of agricultural industrial structure,low organizational degree of agricultural industrial development,hysteretic circulation system construction,low agricultural science and technology level,and low agricultural innovation level,the author proposed a series of countermeasures to speed up the construction of modern agricultural industrial system in Shandong,including accelerating the construction of industrial system of agricultural products,agricultural multifunctional industrial system and support system of agricultural industry.
