摘要
根据纤维改性系统的工艺特点和控制要求,提出基于PLC和组态王的工业以太网控制系统设计方案,系统采用CJ2M-CPU32 PLC与ADAM-6017模块组成下位机,采用工控机和组态王软件组成上位机,上、下位机之间用工业以太网通信,对整个系统进行实时监控与管理,实现对纤维改性过程的全自动控制。
Considering the process characteristics and the control requirements of fiber modification system and based on PLC and KingVIEW,an industrial Ethernet control system was presented,which employs CJ2MCPU32 PLC and ADAM-6017 module to constitute the slave computer and adopts IPC and KingVIEW to compose the host computer,and the communication between the host and slave computers can be realized through industrial Ethernet.Realization of real-time monitoring and management of the whole system can achieve autocontrol in fiber modification process.
