摘要
提出一种以AT89S52单片机为主控制单元的高精度数字控制稳压直流电源的设计方法,该电源系统以三端可调式集成稳压器LM317为基础稳压输出电路,以温度、电压和电流传感为反馈途径,结合单片机高效和高速的实时信息处理能力,实现对输出直流电压的高精度稳定控制、电压电流的实时显示和过温过压过流保护电路的功能。测试数据证实其性能达到了预期的设计指标。
The method to design AT89S52 MCU-cored CNC regulated power supply was proposed,which has LM317 integrated three-terminal adjustable regulator based to output circuit and to take temperature,voltage,current sensing means for the feedback,as well as to have MCU' s high efficiency and high-speed information processing capability integrated to regulate output voltage,display both current and voltage at real time and implement over-temperature/voltage/current protection.The test results prove its pedormance as the design specifications stipulated.
