摘要
发车间隔综合优化模型包含发车间隔优化模型与发车间隔平滑过渡模型。基于平均客流量的发车间隔优化目标为公交客运能力满足最大客流需求,基于最大断面客流量的发车间隔优化目标为保证乘客利益的同时使公交公司的成本达到最小,分别构建基于平均客流量和基于最大断面客流量的发车间隔优化模型;构建发车间隔平滑模型,求解平滑发车间隔,编制公共交通发车时刻表。模型利用整数规划进行求解,并通过实例对模型进行验证。结果表明,该模型能够有效提高公交运营效率,具有较好的实用性。
A comprehensive optimization model of the departing time interval includes an optimization model and a smooth transition model. The optimization models of the departing time interval based on the average passenger flow and the maximum sectional passenger flow are constructed respectively. The optimization objective of the former model maximizes the transit capacity to fit travel demand while the optimization objective of the latter minimizes the operation cost of the public transit company ensuring the profit of passengers. In the paper,the smooth model of the departing time interval is constructed to solve the departing time interval and compile the departing schedule of the public transportation. The model is solved by using the integral programming and it is tested by the example. The results show that the model can effectively improve the operational efficiency of public transport,and it has a better practicability.
