Design for Information Management System of Schools' Construction Planning Based on Layout Optimization

在总结GIS技术在国内外学校建设规划应用成果的基础上,依据当前我国教育建设规划管理者的决策需求,面向各级各类教育基建管理者,以直观展示各级各类学校的布局规划和建设项目规划为目标,以WebGIS技术为核心,设计学校建设规划信息管理系统,对系统的建设目标、体系结构、技术架构、主要功能等方面进行深入研究。该系统将地理信息与影响学校基建规划的其它信息有机结合,为各级教育管理者进行学校基本建设规划的科学决策提供信息支持,进而促进学校基本建设更加科学、规范、快速的发展。

Based on the summary of the applications of GIS technology to the school construction planning home and abroad and the decision demand of the present education construction planning governors in China,this paper uses the key WebGIS technology to design an information management system of the school construction planning,which is oriented to all levels of education infra-structure management and aimed at the visual display of the layout planning and construction project planning of all levels of schools. Then,the paper discusses the construction goal,system structure,technical structure and main function of the system and so on. This system organically combines the geographic information with other information which affects the school infra-structure planning to provide information support for all levels of education management who make scientific decisions of school infra-structure planning in order to greatly promote the scientific,correct and rapid development of school infra-structure construction.
