摘要
以氧化镁和氯化镁为主要原料,外加发泡剂制备菱镁保温板,利用导热系数、抗压强度、抗折强度、体积密度、体积吸水率等参数对菱镁保温板进行分析。结果表明:抗折强度、抗压强度、体积密度、导热系数随发泡剂含量的增加而减小,而体积吸水率随发泡剂含量的增加而增大。如果氧化镁和卤水的混合浆料为300g,发泡剂最佳用量为145~155mL。
We report a magnesite insulation board synthesized from magnesium oxide,magnesium chloride and foaming agent.The products were charactered with thermal conductivity,compressive strength,bending strength,volume density,volume water absorption.The results showed the bending strength,compressive strength,volume density,thermal conductivity decreased along with an increase of the foaming agent,and the water absorption increased along with an increase of the foaming agent.If the magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride were mixed for 300 g,the optimum amount of foaming agent was 145~155 mL.
