Research on route selection of fire-fighting basic public service equalization

通过比较中美两起消防队"见火不救"事件,分析两国城乡差异化的灭火救援服务供给方式,论证了市场机制难以提供可靠的灭火救援服务,提出在加快推进新型城镇化的过程中,坚持政府主导、社会参与,慎用市场化工具,选择符合中国国情的灭火救援基本公共服务均等化实现路径。

The two fire companies watching house burning events happened in China and US are analyzed,and also the different supply methods of fire-fighting between the two countries,concludes that the market can’t supply the basic public service of fire-fighting stably,the reason of the problem is due to the government’ omission.During the great course of urbanization in China,the governments of different levels should take the duty of development of Fire Company,not only the career ones but also the volunteer fire companies,to improve the equalization of basic public services in rural areas.
