摘要
目的研究1-[3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯基]乙醇对映异构体分离测定的方法。方法采用CHIRALPAK AD-3(0.46cm×15 cm,5μm)色谱柱,以正己烷-异丙醇(200:1)为流动相,流速0.5 mL/min,柱温25℃。结果采用本方法能完全分离对映异构体,灵敏方便,检出限为0.2011μg/mL,约为供试品溶液浓度的0.04%,供试品溶液在12 h内稳定。结论本方法简单,专属性强,可有效控制1-[3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯基]乙醇中对映异构体含量。
Objective To separate and determine the enantiomers of 1-[3,5-bis (trifluromethyl)phenyl] ethanol.Methods The separation of the enantiomers of 1-[3,5-bis(trifluromethyl)phenyl] ethanol was achieved on a CHIRALPAK AD-3 column(0.46 cm × 15 cm,5 μm),utilizing a mobile phase consisting of n-hexane-isopropanol(200:1,v/v),the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min,with a column temperature of 25 ℃.Results The enantiomers were well separated by NP-HPLC,and the method is sensitive and conventient.The lowest concentration of detection is 0.2011 μtg/mL,equivalent to 0.04 % of the concentration of test solution,and the test solution is stable in 12 h.Conclusion This method is simple and specific,and can be used to control the quality of the products effectively.
