金羚感冒片配伍合理性的拆方研究

Decomposed Recipe Research on Compatibility of Jinling Cold Tablets

目的通过金羚感冒片拆方药效试验研究,评价该药配伍的合理性。方法昆明种小鼠,随机分为7组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组,强力VC银翘片组,金羚感冒片高、中、低剂量组,金羚感冒片拆方Ⅰ(去化药)组,金羚感冒片拆方Ⅱ(去中药)组。采用醋酸所致小鼠扭体试验,伊文思蓝小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验,巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验,小鼠碳粒廓清试验及免疫器官称重试验,比较金羚感冒片全方及拆方镇痛、抗炎作用及非特异性免疫功能等作用。结果金羚感冒片全方的镇痛作用、降低小鼠毛细血管通透性作用均优于拆方后的金羚感冒片去西药组、金羚感冒片去中药组。结论金羚感冒片全方具有协同增效作用,组方配伍合理。

Objective To evaluate the compatibility of Jinling Cold Tablets through decomposed recipe research.Methods Kunming mice（SPF） were divied into 7 groups（10 mice per group）,including normal control group,VC Yinqiao Tablets group,Jinling Cold Tablets Groups of three different doses,decomposed recipe Ⅰ group （Jinling Cold Tablets without chemical components）,decomposed recipe Ⅱ group （Jinling Cold Tablets without hermal components）.The analgesic,anti-inflammatory and nonspecific immune function of Jinling Cold Tablets and the drug without chemical or hermal components were evaluated through writhing test,capillary permeability test,mouse ear swelling test and carbon clearance test in mice,as well as the immune organ weighting.Results The analgesic effect and the lowering effect on capillary permeability of Jinling Cold Tablets were better than those of the drug without chemical components or without hermal components.Conclusion The components of Jinling Cold Tablets have synergistic effects,and the formula is reasonable.
