Study of Application of PLM System on Foundry Enterprise

本文探讨了铸造企业应用PLM系统实现数据规范管理和工艺协同设计的方式,提出了以PLM系统为核心,以铸造工艺计算机辅助设计(CAD)、铸造工艺计算机辅助工程(CAE)、模具制作/加工计算机辅助制造(CAM)为补充的实施内容。通过引入PLM系统,进一步研究虚拟制造技术(VM)在铸造企业的应用,以技术创新赢得企业新的突破。

The way that the realization of standard data-management and technology collaborative design by applying PLM system to foundry enterprise has been discussed, consisting of with the PLM system at its core and complement with casting technology computer aided design （CAD）, casting technology computer aided engineering （CAE）, die and mold production / processing computer aided manufacturing （CAM）. By introducing PLM system, further research on virtual manufacturing technology （VM） adopted in foundry enterprise has been done for new breakthrough in enterprise with technology innovation.
