Affectivity,Dialogicality,and Multidimensionality——A Semiotic "Contemporary" Perspective of Pechorin's Image

文学经典形象的存在有赖于其文本载体的可阐释空间和读者对其"当代性"价值的挖掘。莱蒙托夫《当代英雄》的主人公毕巧林形象的"当代性"不仅因为该形象的永恒历史价值,而且更在于其对人类矛盾性情感本质的符号化再现,以及文本对该形象塑造的宏观结构的对话性和微观结构的多维性。本文意欲从符号学视角对体现毕巧林形象"当代性"的情感性、对话性和多维性展开论述。

The existence of a literary classic image depends on the interpretable space of its text carrier and readers＇ excavating the value of its “contemporariness”. The “contemporariness” of Pechorin＇ s image in Lermontov＇ s A Hero oF Our Time is not only due to its eternal historical value, but also to its symbolic representation of human beings＇ contradictory emotion, and to the macrostructure＇ s dialogicality and microstructure＇ s muhidimensionality in shaping the image. This article just aims to discuss affectivity, dialogicality, and multidimensionality, embodying the “contemporariness” of Pechorin＇ s image, from the perspective of semiotics.
