心律植入装置相关的静脉狭窄 被引量:2

摘要 心律植入装置相关静脉血管狭窄的发生率约为23%-64%,血管完全闭塞发生率约为5%-25%;与双线圈埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)相比,单线圈ICD静脉狭窄的发生率低(44%vs8%);感染增加静脉狭窄的风险。相关静脉狭窄可通过临床症状,影像学(超声、造影、CT和磁共振)诊断。治疗可采取①抗凝及溶栓治疗;②静脉成形术;外科;钝性纤维切割技术。
