乳腺癌患者照顾者自我感受负担状况及影响因素研究

Status and influencing factors of caregivers' self- perceived burden of patients with breast cancer

目的调查乳腺癌患者照顾者自我感受负担状况并探讨其影响因素。方法选取乳腺癌患者的主要照顾者218人为研究对象,采用照顾者负担量表和症状自评量表进行调查。结果乳腺癌患者照顾者自我感受负担得分(33.53±14.51)分,处于中度负担水平;心理健康水平低于常模(P<0.01);影响照顾者自我感受负担状况的因素有肿瘤分期、每天照顾时间、家庭人均月收入、焦虑和恐怖(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理人员应当注重乳腺癌患者照顾者的自我感受负担状况,为其提供针对性的服务,减轻他们的照顾负担,使其更好地照顾患者,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of caregivers＇burden of patients with breast cancer. Method Totally,218 caregivers of patients with breast cancer were investigated with Zarit Burden Inventory and Symptom Checklist 90. Result The caregivers burden was in the middle level with average score of （33.53 ± 14.51 ） , their mental status were poorer than nolln （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The influencing factors were tumor staging, daily caring time, family income,anxiety and fear （ P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing staff should pay attention to the burden of caregivers of breast cancer patients,provide targeted services, lighten their burden, thus to help them provide better care for patients and improve their quality of life.
