2型糖尿病患者希望水平现状及影响因素分析

The level and influencing factors of hope in type 2 diabetes patients

目的了解2型糖尿病患者希望水平现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用Herth希望量表对190例2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 2型糖尿病患者希望水平总分为(32.19±5.99)分,处于中等水平。各维度得分分别为对现实和未来积极的态度(9.69±2.63)分,采取积极的行动(11.05±1.73)分,与他人保持亲密的关系(11.44±2.13)分。患者的年龄、婚姻状况、家庭月收入、文化程度和并发症种类是希望水平的主要影响因素,可解释总变异的39.60%。结论 2型糖尿病患者的希望处于中等水平,护士应根据希望水平影响因素,采取有效措施,针对性地对患者进行心理干预,以提高患者的希望水平和生活质量。

Objective To understand the current status of hope level of type 2 diabetic patients, and to analyze its influencing factors, Method A total of 190 type 2 diabetic patients were investigated with Herth Hope Index （HHI）. Result The hope score of type 2 diabetic patients was （ 32.19 ±5.99） ,which was at the medium level. Dimension score of positive attitude towards reality and future was （9.69 ±2.63 ） , dimension score of taking positive action was （ 11.05 ±1.73 ） , and dimension score of keeping close relationship with others was （ 11.44 ±2.13 ）. Patientstage, marital status, monthly fanfily income, educational level and types of complications were influential factors of hope level, which could explain 39.60% of the total variance. Conclusion The type 2 diabetic patients have a mid - high level of hope. Nurses should take the influential factors into consideration to take effective measures and targeted psychological inter- vention for diabetic patients, so as to improve their hope level and quality of life.
