品管圈活动在降低2型糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生率中的应用 被引量:29

摘要 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低2型糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生率中的作用。方法选取2013年1月至8月321例2型糖尿病住院患者,通过成立品管圈、确定主题、拟定活动计划、现状分析、目标设定、原因分析、制订与实施对策、效果评价8个步骤后,确认实施品管圈活动后2型糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生率和护士综合素质情况。结果 2型糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生率由实施品管圈活动前的19.15%降低至活动后的8.72%(P<0.01)。护士综合素质提高(P<0.01)。结论正确运用品管圈质量改进工具可有效降低2型糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生率,提高护士的综合素质。 Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle in decreasing the hypoglycemia rate of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally,321 patients from June to December 2013 were recruited. After the application of quality control circle through eight steps of developing quality control circle, determining the theme, developing the plan, analyzing the current situation, setting the goals, developing countermeasures and putting them into practice, and effect evaluation, the hypoglycemia rate of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes was figured out. Results The hypoglycemia rate of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes was decreased from 19.15% to 8.72% after the application of quality control circle ( P 〈 0. 01 ). And nurses'comprehensive quality were improved ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of quality control circle can decrease the hypoglycemia rate of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes and improve the ability of the circle members.
