目的探讨在东南亚地区进行海外医疗服务期间门诊护理工作方法,为今后开展类似的医疗服务提供借鉴。方法根据工作任务,对医院船护理人员进行岗前培训;克服语言障碍,准确实施分诊;严格查对制度,确保准确就诊;维持就诊秩序,优化就诊环境;做好应急准备,处置突发事件。结果圆满完成了任务,无差错事故和纠纷发生。结论医院船门诊护理工作方法收到良好效果,可供今后执行此类任务借鉴。

Objective To explore the outpatient nursing working methods during the period of oversea medical service in Southeast Asia, so as to provide references for similar medical services in the future. Methods Working methods were developed including pre - job training to nurses on hospital, ship, overcoming language difficulties, accurate triages, strict check systems, optimizing environment, preparing for emergencies. Result The mission was completely successfully without any accidents or complains. Conclusion Working methods in outpatient nursing of hospital ship has a good effect, which provides references for similar missions in the future.
