摘要
目的:探讨应用结构方程模型优化DRGs分组流程的效果及优点,为医疗费用控制提供新的思路。方法:结合样本医院2012年高血压病住院费用数据,使用结构方程模型中的通径分析及多群组分析对数据进行统计处理。结果:通径分析为DRGs研究提炼了主要分组因素,多群组分析为合并症及并发症分级提供依据,由此为DRGs分析方法及路径流程的确定创建了基础分析平台。结论:结构方程模型具有较好的适用性,可以应用于医疗费用的监测及反馈,为医疗保险机构及卫生系统制定DRGs政策提供参考数据。
Objective: To explore the effect and advantages of DRGs packet process optimization and application of structural equation model, and provide a new way for the control of medical expense. Methods: Combined with the sample hospital 2012 hypertension hospital cost data, using structural equation model of path analysis and multiple group analysis for statistical data processing. Results: Path analysis mainly grouped into DRGs refined the factors, multiple group analysis provides the basis for the classification of complication. The method and path for DRGs analysis to determine created a basic analysis platform. Conclusions: Structural equation model has good applicability, monitoring can be applied to medical expenses and feedback, to provide reference data for medical insurance institutions and health system to develop DRGs policy.
