This paper analyzes the external causes and internal causes of personal injury accidents of the workers in overhead contact system,and puts forward some corresponding measures for ensuring the personal safety of the workers in overhead contact system,which include improving the workers＇ quality through training work,establishing the safety trainer team,accepting the advanced safety management concept,learning the knowledge of safety management,improving the ability of safety management,emphasizing the issue of working ticket,grasping strictly the signing of work sheet,and making strict controls of key links and key positions,etc.
