摘要
由颜色测量仪器获取精确的物体表面颜色的光谱数据来计算颜色色度值,是获取精确颜色信息的重要途径。颜色测量仪器测得的光谱数据的准确性直接影响颜色色度评价结果。现有工业用分光光度计的测量间隔多为10nm或20nm,这将导致带宽误差的产生。本研究首先探讨了国际照明委员会三刺激值的数值计算方法中波长间隔对光谱测量和计算结果的影响,然后通过对颜色测量系统光谱光度带宽误差的产生原因、校正方法进行分析,寻求获得更高精度光谱数据的方法。验证实验中运用带宽误差校正方法对GretaMacbeth Color-Eye 7000A分光光度计测量得到标准色板的10nm间隔光谱数据进行校正,结果表明本研究提出带宽误差校正的必要性与校正方法的可行性。
The accuracy of spectral data measured by color measurement instruments directly affects the evaluation of the color. The color measuring instruments were used to obtain accurate surface color spectrum data to calculate the color chromaticity values. Bandpass error occurs when the measurement interval of the instrument is 10rim or 20nm. In this study, firstly the impact of wavelength interval on spectral measurement and calculation results was described. Then the method to obtain more accurate data was discussed based on analying the reason and correcting methods of bandpass error. In the experiment, GretaMacbeth Color-Eye 7000A was used to measure the spectral data with 10nm interval. The spectral data was corrected by the bandpass error correction method. The results proved the necessity and feasibility of bandpass error correction.
