基于空间频率响应测量数字印刷机有效分辨率的尝试

Effective Resolution Measuring of Digital Press Based on Spatial Frequency Response

数字印刷机的复制精度与设备空间频率响应能力有关。本研究借鉴数字成像领域空间频率响应测量的概念和方法,分析数字印刷机的空间频率响应特点,并根据空间频率响应测量数据确定数字印刷机的有效分辨率。实验结果表明,采用本研究算法得到的被测量彩色静电照相数字印刷机的水平和垂直有效分辨率与制造商提供的标称参数基本一致。

Reproduction accuracy of digital press depends on the spatial frequency response （ SFR for short） of digital press. In this study, SFR measuring concepts and methods were used in digital imaging area, then SFR measuring of digital press was attempted. Features of SFR of digital press were measured, then the effective resolution of digital press was determined with measured SFR data. Experimental results showed that the horizontal and vertical effective resolution of the tested color xerographic digital press are almost the same with the parameters claimed by the manufacture.
