摘要
本文对毛巾织物织口后移、毛圈间距进行了定量分析,阐明了毛巾织物“斜坡”织疵产生的主要原因是两条毛巾之间因不同打纬动程之差形成的剪口大小与织一个毛圈织口的后移量不能相等。最后提出了改第一块平布稍短打纬平布为长打纬平布、级完第一块平布开始织毛圈时使卷取机构停卷二到三纬的措施。实践证明,效果良好。
This paper analyses the back movement of the fell and the space between the two loops on the towel fabrics quantitatively. Then, the authors have found out that the main cause of a weaving defect 'slope' is that the difference caused by different beat-up traverses between two towels can not be equal to the value of the back movement of the fell after a loop is woven. At last we have put forward some measures that the full beat-up is used to weave the first cloth instead of the partial beat-up and the take-up mechanism is stopped for a while about 2-3 picks woven from the first cloth to the first loop. The practice have proved that the measures taken can eliminate the defect.
