摘要 目的 探索应用修改序列内频后的MT序列比较常规序列扫描检测星形细胞瘤的差异、优势及局限性,以期为今后对本病患者的手术及治疗方案提供参考.方法 对2010年7月至2011年3月于汕头大学医学院附属第二医院临床确诊的星形细胞瘤患者5例进行MRI检查,年龄22~71岁,患者于静息状态下应用G E 1.5 T Signa磁共振扫描仪行SE T1WI、T2WI序列全脑扫描后,加入修改序列内频后的MT序列行全脑扫描,并分别对病灶的面积及水肿带面积进行观察.结果 对5例患者同层面肿瘤面积进行比较及分析,应用修改内频后的MT序列扫描的患者肿瘤面积较行常规SE T1WI、T2WI序列扫描的患者肿瘤面积要小,而优化后的MT序列可以在一定程度上减少瘤周水肿带的显示.结论 本实验对颅内肿瘤患者行头颅MT序列和常规SE T1WI、T2WI序列扫描比较,显示对于颅内肿瘤检测MT序列可在一定程度上减少肿瘤周边水肿带的显示,对于准确测量肿瘤的区域可提供一定帮助. Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of MT sequence (Magnetization transfer sequence) comparing with conventional scanning sequence for detecting Astrocytoma, as a referencefor future operation of the patient and treatment programs. Methods Atotal of 5 patients with Astrocytoma initially treated in the second affiliated hospital of Shantou University medical college from August 2010 to March 2011 were examined with MRI GE 1.5 T Signa Twin Speed scanner line Z1, T2, DWI conventional whole brain scan sequence.Then we used SE MT 200 sequence to scan the whole brain. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted. Result We measured and analysed the images of the same slice of 5 patients and we got the result that the areas of tumors scaned by MT sequence were less than by T1WI sequence and T2WI sequence; beside T1WI sequence and T2WI sequence showed a lot of edema surrounded the tumor, and the boundaries of tumors were unclear; MT sequence showed no significant peripheral edema signal in central tumor with than the conventional sequence. Conclusion With the progression of malignant, tumors with surrounding edema make boundaries not obvious,which will interfere with the quantitative measurement and evaluation of tumors.This research compared the MT sequence with TlWI sequence and T2WI sequence by scanning the tumors and showed that for Astrocytomas MT sequence can reduce a certain extent of the surrounding edema. This techniquecould be used for measuring the area of tumors accurately.
