摘要
目的评价超声联合血清CA125检测在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析138例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者,其中入院同时检测超声和CA125的患者129例。分析超声检查结果及血清CA125水平,并与手术病理诊断结果作对照。结果本组超声诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤符合率55.8﹪,CA125诊断符合率80.6﹪,联合诊断符合率83.7﹪。结论超声检查联合血清CA125检测诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤是一种安全、准确、方便的方法,可以为卵巢恶性肿瘤早期诊断提供较可靠依据。
Objective To evaluate ultrasonography combined with CA125 VCT＇s Value in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 138 patients with ovarian malignant tumors was performed,129 patients underwent ultrasonography and CA125 when admitted to our hospital. Analysis of the ultrasonographic results and the serum CA125 level, was conducted to compare with surgical pathologic diagnosis. Results Ultrasonography correctly identified 55.8 % of malignant tumors：CA125 correctly identified 80.6 % .The two methods combined correctly dignosed 83.7 %. Conclusion The advantage of ultrasonography combined with serum CA125 for detecting ovarian malignant tumors is accurate, fast and convenient,and provide more reliable basis for ovarian malignant tumor early diagnosis.
