动脉自旋标记在脑部药理磁共振成像中的研究进展

摘要 随着医学的发展,药理成像技术逐渐得到人们的重视,作为一种新技术,它能够通过影像学方法将临床模型和受试者体内药物作用机制转换为可视化图像,这使得研究者可以更直观的观察药物机制.目前药理成像技术主要依赖PET,利用放射性示踪剂标记药物或药物靶点的分布进行成像,可以得到较为准确且具体的药物标志物外显率和转运情况,其非特异性标记物主要为15O-PET和FDG-PET,通过所标记的药物来反映神经活动中脑血流和代谢的改变.
