医疗机构环境卫生及消毒灭菌质量监测与分析

The effect of environmental health and medical institutions disinfection monitoring and analysis

目的通过对辖区各级医疗机构环境卫生及消毒灭菌效果的监测和分析,掌握辖区医疗机构消毒灭菌现状,为预防和控制医院内感染提供科学的依据。方法对2010-2012年辖区各级医疗机构使用中的消毒剂、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境空气、医务人员手、物体表面、紫外线灯及高压灭菌器等项目进行监测和分析。结果各级医疗机构共采样748份,合格666份,合格率89.04%,区级医院和社区服务中心的监测总合格率分别为91.91%和87.39%,两者指标均较2007－2009年有所提高,且两者间差异无统计学意义（χ^2=3.62,P〉0.05）,空气监测合格率分别为88.00%和66.67%,两者之间差异有统计学意义（χ^2=3.98,P〈0.05）。结论我区各级医疗机构消毒灭菌工作水平均较前几年有所提升,区级医院与社区卫生服务中心消毒卫生状况差异缩小,但区级医院的环境空气质量仍优于社区服务中心。

Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions in our district by monitoring and analysing the effect of environmental health and medical institutions sterilization,to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods Monitoring and analysing the projects of medical institutions such as doctor＇s hands disinfectant,Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ environmental air,object surface,ultra- violet lamp and pressure sterilizer.Results we got 748 samples,666 were qualified pass rate is 89.04%,monitor district hospital and community service center,the total qualified rate was 91.91%and 87.39%respectively,no difference was statistically significant（χ^2 =3.62,P〉0.05）.Air monitoring qualified rate was 88.00%and 66.67%respectively.There was statistically significant difference between them（χ^2=3.98,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in our region are more than a few years ago has improved.the gap between the district hospital and community health service center is narrow,but the air quality of district hospital is better than community health service center.
