摘要
目的为及时掌握深圳市居民食盐碘含量,评价人群碘营养状况,合理调整食盐碘含量,为科学补碘提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》中的碘盐监测方法进行,共分层随机抽取居民户食盐1 740份。食盐碘含量按GB/T 13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定,川盐、其他强化食用盐和不合格碘盐采用仲裁法。结果 2013年深圳市碘盐碘含量中位数为25.4 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为96.9%,碘盐合格率为97.3%,合格碘盐食用率94.4%,非碘盐率3.1%。结论 2013年深圳市各区均达到我国碘缺乏病消除标准(GB 16006-2008)的要求。
[ Objective] To understand the iodine content of salt among residents in Shenzhen, evaluate the nutritional status of io- dine, provide basis for scientifically supplying iodine. [ Methods ] According to the "Protocol of National Iodized Salt Monitoring", 1 740 samples of edible salt were selected by stratified random sampling method. The iodine content were tested by direct titration according to "GB/T 13025.7- 1 999", while the chuan salt, other enhanced salt and unqualified iodized salt were tested by arbitra- tor method. [ Results] The median of iodine in salts was 25.4 mg/kg in 2013, coverage rate of iodized salt was 96.9% , qualified rate was 97.3% , edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 94.4% , and the non-iodized salt rate was 3.1%. [ Conclusion] All districts of Shenzhen in 2013 reach the requirements of national standards of iodine deficiency disorders elimination (GB 16006- 2008).
