生活饮用水中5种卤代烃的吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱测定法

摘要 目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中5种卤代烃的吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱法。方法应用吹扫捕集技术,对生活饮用水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯和三溴甲烷5种卤代烃进行气相色谱-质谱法(GC—MS)分析。结果5种卤代烃在4min内分析完成,方法的最低检出浓度为0.18~0.23μg/L,最低定量浓度为0.59—0.76μg/L,水样加标回收率为90.3%。107.4%,RSD%为2.3%~3.3%。结论该法简单、准确,灵敏度和精密度高,可应用于测定生活饮用水中5种卤代烃。 [ Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 5 halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water by purge and trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. [ Methods ] Using purge and trap technology, 5 kinds of halogenated hydro- carbons ( vhloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene and bromoform) were analyzed by gas chromatog- raphy-mass spectrometry. [ Results] 5 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons were analyzed within 4 minutes. The minimum detectable concentrations were between 0.18 μg/L and 0.23 μg/L, the minimum quantitative concentrations were between 0. 59 μg/L and 0.76 μg/L, the recoveries of standard addition were between 93.3 % and 107.4% , and relative standard deviations ( RSD} were 2.3%-3.3%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple and sensitive, with higher sensitivity and precision, and it can be used in the determination of 5 halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
